Cancellation conditions

Terms and conditions:

 

In the event of cancellation within 48 hours after the reservation or one month before the date of arrival at the premises, we will refund the total amount paid. 

 

In the event of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before your date of entry, you will have to pay 25% of the amount due. 

In the event of cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the date of entry into the premises, you must pay 50% of the amount due. 

In the event of cancellation after these 8 days before the date of entry into the premises, you must pay 80% of the amount due.

 

 

Special conditions related to COVID: 

 

If the government decides on containment , if the station is completely closed or if exceptional regulatory conditions linked to the pandemic prevent any means from going there and taking your rental, we will reimburse you for the total amount paid. . Your cancellation must be made within 48 hours , either of the announcement of a confinement, or of the total closure of the station. Otherwise, the withdrawal conditions become the general conditions.

  

In the event of personal contamination by the virus, of yourself or of one of the travelers or of confinement linked to a contact case , we will not reimburse your stay. However , if you cancel your stay for this reason and we are able to rent the chalet after your cancellation, then we will refund part of your rental, or even all of it if we are able to rent it without financial loss.

 

You can purchase trip cancellation insurance from various insurance companies. several contracts exist and can be taken out online. They are usually associated with fairly comprehensive coverage of your stay. In this case, we will make you, on presentation of an invoice, a reduction on the planned price of the chalet by 3% , as an incentive to take this type of precaution.

 

 

If access to the resort or the ski area was subject to the possession of a health pass, it is up to you to take the necessary steps to obtain it. 

Failure to obtain the pass will in no case constitute an exceptional reason for canceling a reservation and the general conditions will apply. 

 

 

 Special case where the ski lifts are officially closed because of the covid, while the resort is open:

 

If you cancel within 48 hours of announcing the closure, we will give you a full refund .

 

Beyond that, the general conditions apply. However, if you confirm your reservation, we will give you a 30% discount on the rental price. 

 

Please note that we experienced the resort without ski lifts in 2020 and the experience was very pleasant. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and many activities are set up with the Nordic ski area, walks or snowshoeing, ski lifts with "sealskin", sledding etc ... In this case, cottage housing is a huge plus
